warranty, exchange and returns
We do our jobs with the certainty that they enchanted everyone. But if for some reason you regret your purchase or want to give up the product, we understand. The return period is 7 days after receipt.
- We will only accept returns with the invoice for the product and correctly packaged.
- Communicate your intention to return by email: email@example.com
- Money back will be made within 30 days.
- We do not return items on sale or with signs of misuse.
If you have received a product with a manufacturing defect (we work to ensure that this never happens, but unforeseen events do occur), please notify us, informing us of the product and the defect, by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
How to return:
Contact us by email email@example.com. In addition to informing the reason for the exchange/return, we will ask for your full name, CPF and order number. We will contact you as soon as possible to start the exchange process, at which time a postage authorization code will be issued. With the code in hand, go to a Correios store and send the book to be returned to us, free of charge.
